•Each airtime voucher has a pre-defined expiry window. Your SIM card’s expiry window is extended by each recharge.
•If you recharge within the expiry window, any remaining airtime you have is carried over into the new expiry window.
•If you do not recharge before the end of the expiry window, your airtime automatically expires, and you will be given a 90 day grace period within which to load new airtime.
•After 90 days the SIM is rendered useless and a new one will be required to continue service.
•Ashbury SatCom regularly sends out expiry-window email-alerts to all subscribers.
