• Each airtime voucher has a pre-defined expiry window. Your SIM card’s expiry window is extended by each recharge.
• If you recharge within the expiry window, any remaining airtime you have is carried over into the new expiry window.
• If you do not recharge before the end of the expiry window, your airtime automatically expires, and you will be given a 90 day grace period within which to load new airtime.
• After 90 days the SIM is rendered useless and a new one will be required to continue service.
• Ashbury SatCom regularly sends out expiry-window email-alerts to all subscribers.
